The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently viewing the Fernie 2 Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render providers on the community.

SASSA are going to be rendering companies including new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, plus the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a press release, the agency reported it truly is alarmed in regards to the large range of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The purpose on the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to the superior variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This can be mainly because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no absolutely functional office committed to service the area regularly. The support issue created for intervention encounters a significant inflow of prospective beneficiaries, that makes it complicated for the office to attend to all people who pay a visit to a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise far more means to empower the servicing of sassa status check all shoppers and maximize use of Social Assistance solutions,” the agency said.
